Danny Boyle’s Sex Pistols Miniseries

From The Beatles to the Sex Pistols; the first images of Danny Boyle’s upcoming miniseries, Pistol, about UK punk legends the Sex Pistols are here and it looks like the director has managed to accurately capture the anarchy of the band. Showing two different line ups, one featuring bassist Glen Matlock and the other replacing him with Sid Vicious (after Matlock’s exit from the band in 1977) and including drummer Paul Cook, the miniseries is adapted from founding member and guitarist Steve Jones’ memoir, Lonely Boy: Tales From A Sex Pistol.
